THE RISER IS LEANING AND NOT PROPERLY SECURED. NEW ELECTRICAL WORK HAS BEEN DONE TO THE SERVICE EQUIPMENT WHICH IS NOT LABELED AND LOCATED NORTH OF UNIT NUMBER 30. NEW PVC CONDUIT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. UNIT NUMBER 30 IS A BUILDING AND THE MAIN DISCONNECT IS NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO THE BUILDING. IT APPEARS THAT THE CONDUIT IS SUPPORTING THE SERVICE. THE PEDESTAL LOCATED AT SPACE NUMBER 44 HAS TWO; 50 AMP RECEPTACLES WHICH DO NOT HAVE OVER CURRENT PROTECTION. THE TRAILER OWNER CAN NOT CONNECT THE 50 AMP LIFE LINE. THE PARKS ABS SEWER PIPE HAS A BROKEN FITTING AND HAS A METAL BOX WHICH HAS BEEN PLACE OVER THE BROKEN FIITING. THERE ARE SEWER GAS ESCAPING DUE TO THE BREAK. THE PARKS WATER SUPPLY LINE WHICH IS A PVC PIPE IS EXPOSED AND NOT PROPERLY SECURED. IT IS A TRIP HAZARD AT THIS TIME. |
