At site, tenant is a spanish speaker, spoke to manager to translate. Explained issue of addition being attached to trailer and to close to another trailer, fire hazard. Addition has several 4" concrete block footings, with a 2X6 floor support. Floor joists are 2X6 @ 24" O.C. The exterior wall of the trailer where the addition has been added has been removed to open up the living room area. Explained to manager that the addition would have to be removed. Tenant stated that they would get a permit. I explaianed that they would need engineered drawings. F/U 30 days. |
