EXPLAINED TO HER THIS REQUIRED PERMITS FOR THE ADDED ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT ADDED TO THE RENTAL UNIT.

BEDROOM WINDOWS DON'T OPEN, OUTLET HAS AN OPEN GROUND, LIGHT GLOBE IN BATHROOM MISSING, RENTAL UNIT HAS A 2-WIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND HAS A FEW 3 WIRE OUTLETS INSTALLED, OUTLETS TESTED OPEN GROUND, KITCHEN SINK LEAKS, WATER HEATER IS ELECTRICAL. THE GAS WH WAS REMOVED. INTERIOR DOOR FROM THE KITCHEN IS BLOCKED, REFUSE IN THE BACK YARD.
