During sprinkler final contractor was advised to remove slide bolt locks from rear egress doors, fix exit sign over rear exit door label breakers for EM lights, remove thumb style lock from front door with panic hardware or remove panic hardware and leave thumb dead bolt lock, install fire extinguishers every 75' travel distance 2A-10BC type. Also need annual sprinkler and 5 year check valve inspection done. |
