Rear exit door there is an outside gate with a padlock on it this is not allowed need proper operating hardware on gate for egress to the public way. 3. IFC 1008.1.9.2 Door locks shall be installed min 34 to max 48 inches from floor finish, on the eastside exit door there are two thumb style dead bolt locks only one is needed at the proper height. 4. Need to reinstall the drop ceiling in the pool area or remove the pendent sprinkler heads cannot have both uprights and pendents exposed to each other. 5. Need to reinstall the insulation that is dropping from the deck, insulation is blocking the upright sprinkler coverage. 6. Need annual sprinkler inspection and 5 year check valve inspection completed. |
