12/31/2015 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval TCO approved for 1st floor only. Only to move in furniture, computers, etc... Not approved to occupy. Keep egress corridor, east side, clear. Chain/lock control valve until tamper switch installed and approved. Add swivel to one of the FD connections today 12/31/15.
12/29/2015 FIRE - FINAL Denied Denied. They want TCO for 1st floor only. My inspection consisted of 1st floor only. 2nd and 3rd floor still under construction.
1) Remove plastic clips off all sprinkler heads, 1st floor.
2) Add tamper switch, control valve NE corner.
3) Basement is not to be used for anything. No storage. Do not occupy.
4) Do not occupy 2nd and 3rd floor.
5) Clear exit corridor, east side.
6) Gate in stariwell. Swing, spring, hardware.
7) Mount fire extinguishers.
8) Mount FD lock box. Provide full set of keys.
9) Tape/mud drywall covering west interior stairwell.
10) Still need fire alarm final. See fire alarm permit notes.
11) Need smoke detector log for all stand-alone smokes.
12) Add hardware to all doors on 1st floor.
13) Add emergency lights, east exit corridor.
14) Still need to check sprinkler head and smoke in elevator shaft.
15) Add FDC caps and swivel to connections.
16) Need annual sprinkler and 5yr check valve reports.
11/16/2015 FIRE - FINAL Denied No sprinkler permit was pulled advise them to get an approved plans and permit before calling in.
