IFC 1030.10 City Modifications; Front main entrance door has panic hardware and a dead bolt lock on it only one locking device is allowed on door, can't have dead bolt locks with panic hardware or any other locking device with panic hardware 3. Rear patio gate has a double cylinder keyed dead bolt lock, not allowed need to install a thumb style turn dead bolt lock for people to get out and not have to use a key or any special effort to open to exit to public way. |
