Clear electrical room of all storage not to use as a storage room. 3. Need fire extinguishers every 75' travel distance 2A-10BC type. 4. Remove storage from all stairwells. 5. Northwest room exit door shall have only one type of hardware the unlatching of any door or leaf shall not require more than one operation. There are two possible ways to latch the door need to remove one of them. 6. Repair outlet on owner's panel in electrical room 2nd floor. 7. Repair or replace Fire Dept. key box when trying to open to check keys box would not open. |
