4. Need exit signs for patio gates
5. Need battery backup lighting in patio
6. Need fire department key box install on main entrance because of security gate install over main entrance door.
UPDATE: I stopped by DSC and researched the microfiche film on this property I did find that only four businesses were permitted: 1st First interstate bank (Original 1984) then property was sold and became Jip Sing Restaurant (1992) then Mei Hon II (2000) they closed and now Mae's Chinese (2014). According to the owner of the property/business the last restaurant there was a Mexican restaurant place called Totopos Mexican Grill after Mei Hon II went out of business and leased the building to become a Mexican restaurant (could not find any permits for this).
I did find the plans that where approved when it was Jip sign and Mei Hon II restaurant with an occupant load of 122, but no plans show any patio as being installed and the door exiting into the patio was not found on any plans. Therefore will need to submit a new set of plans showing the patio layout and door exiting from building into the patio, occupant load for the patio and exiting paths from the patio and meet all of chapter 10 of the IFC 2012 section.
