2. Remove top shelf in closet in room #136, this shelf is only 12" from sprinkler head any stock on this shelf will block the sprinkler spray pattern. Need to keep all stock 18" below sprinkler head deflector.
3. All egress doors with panic hardware have a keyed lock not allowed when using panic hardware need to remove keyed locks from any door using panic hardware.
4. Address numbers posted on wall by main entrance is 1025 when it's supposed to be 1075 need to correct this and due to brushes planted In front of the address numbers they will be blocked. You will need to be posted numbers higher ON BUILIDNG 12" inch size (handout given).
5. F.D. key box is needed at the sprinkler riser room
