On pg A 1.0 of the approved plans the exercise room egress door # 42 has a access-controlled mag lock system this device was not indicated on the approved plans and will need to meet sections IFC 1008.1.9.8 and 1008.1.9.9 2. All doors exiting into the pool area from the lounge shall be self-closing, self -latching type only and need to meet IFC section 1008.1.9.2 exception - you can install an approved fencing before the pool and not need to change locks on doors. 3. All egress gates exiting from pool area shall meet IFC sections 1008.1.9.3 and 1008.1.9.2, gate locks cannot be double cylinder keyed dead bolt locks must be type that can be opened without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort 4. Need two fire extinguishers 2A-10BC type one for the lounge area and other in the office area |
