1. Gas piping may not be installed in or on the ground under any building, but must be kept at least 6" above grade. All piping to be supported. Galvanized water piping at the water heater is leaking and rotting the floor. Left unattended water heater will eventually fall through the floor. Repair leaks. Repair floor. Install water heater in a pan and pipe the pan and the T&P relief drain to the outside of the mobile home. Note: flex connector not approved for T&P relief drain. |
