1. The scope of work here far exceeds the limitations of your permit. For the gas: will require approved gas plan showing developed length and total BTU consumption. All new gas fired appliances i.e. furness and or water heater require permits. May not have a gas shut off valve in the hearth. New water piping requires a permit. Note: No trap or vent for the washer box. No safe access to the upper roof. |
