Need new plans showing changes for coverage and changes in the nozzle and flow points' schedule - please bubble areas that are changed. |

All electrical outlets and equipment under the hood system shall shut down when system is activated - when compliance testing was done the electrical failed to shut done. 2. Adjust nozzles to proper height and aiming point to equipment per manufacture requirements: a. 4 burner range nozzle to height and nozzle not pointed to center b. Tilting skillet - nozzles not properly installed per approved plans, nozzles need to be away from cover lid and nozzles centered to appliance per manufacture requirements. 3. More nozzles were added than what is on approved plans: a. Duct on plans state 10"x 10" when it's 23" X 23", 2 red nozzles installed not 1 b. Plenum 11' 6" plans show 1 blue nozzle on each side, 2 blue nozzles are install on both sides on site. When this was done the total nozzle points on site is now 16 the tank is 15 points therefore system is not adequate. 4. Will need as bults showing what is on site. 5. Need to check the nozzle coverage for the duct work again approved plans show 10"x10" when it's 23"x23". 6. The K-class fire extinguisher is mounted 6' above floor finish needs to be min 4" to max 5' above floor finish (to top of extinguisher). |
