4) Outlet under hood does not have proper faceplate and hole in the tile around it is a break in the fire barrier.
5) No pull was performed - need to do pull test and cut the link on next inspection.
12/10/2014 FIRE - KITCHEN EXH HOOD FINAL Denied on site at 11:45 am talked to the owner he stated that Armor left because a screen was missing and the hood testing would not pass. No one from Armor called to cancell
