Roberts - inspections 12/4/13 Number of signs proposed okay for each frontage. Have architect provide frontage dimension along Glenn for developed area only. Sign area is ok for each of the 4 signs, but it's technically 40.2 square feet each - small revision note to plans. Structural has approved the engineering - small discrepancy between 10' width inclusive of support posts on engineer's drawing versus 10' + two 4" posts on your drawing is acceptable for engineering. Setbacks were checked in field 11/29 by D. Roberts - okay. Setback on plan for corner sign is 35' but scales to 30' - needs revision on plan? Engineering - Jason Green - can accept the SVT's if you address the 30 or 35' setback discrepancy at the corner sign. Need to show bisection line for convergence of curbs at Glenn/Fairview to determine whether corner sign counts for just one street front or both. Height discrepancies were noted in 2nd field check 12/4/13 by D. Roberts - with laser measurements. Revise your elevation drawings as follows: Corner sign is 1.38' difference grade top of curb to grade at sign base (off Glenn - use as both streets difference) Main driveway sign grade difference is 3" less than roadway height. 2nd southernmost sign is 1.60' difference in grade Southernmost sign is 1.62' difference in grade |
