On your location map - add arrow that shows exactly where the signage is going.

On permit application, two signs listed - yet in the drawings it is shown as one sign. Revise drawings to label each sign to correspond to application - Sign A with Total square foot of that sign, then Sign B and total square foot of that sign - keep the overall sign area total listed as well.

On mounting detail - provide note that indicates same mounting for both sign A and Sign B - do it for both "options" drawings.

Label drawings as "option 1 without yellow background in logo" and "option 2 with yellow background in logo" so it's clear these are not two sets of the same signs, but that there's a difference with the logo background (note, none of the color is saved upon scanning later, hence all the labeling).

Please provide the letter from property management indicating they approve of the proposed signage.

Once all review comments are addressed, the project will be referred for historic review.

RESUBMIT FULL AND COMPLETED APPLICATION AND DRAWINGS WITH LETTER FROM A LICENSED CONTRACTOR THAT ALLOWS FAST SIGNS TO RUN THE PERMIT IN THEIR NAME. PROVIDE LETTER FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INDICATING THEY HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE. THE HISTORIC DEPOT SIGN CRITERIA SHOULD BE FOLLOWED.
