THE SIGN ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING IS IN A SMOKING AREA ACCESSIBLE TO PEDESTRIANS, THIS SIGN IS ONLY APPROXIMATELY 5 FEET 6 INCHES ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR GRADE. THIS MAKES THIS SIGN A HEALTH ISSUE FOR PEDESTRIANS IN THE AREA. HAVE DISCUSSED THIS SIGN WITH HEATHER THRALL, SHE WON'TS TO HAVE THIS ISSUE BROUGHT TO GLENN MOYER FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION. |
