(It says 10' to grade but grade is actually top of curb - have construction elevation match the curb elevation view you did.) 4) The site plan for their tenant improvement is from 2010, yet I have no record of any sign permits at this address (4004 N Stone). A look at the Google view shows a large pair of scissors at the mail box and several benches that have advertising on them in the nonconforming gravel parking area. This location is not shown as a listed bus stop from what I can see, thus the benches appear private and associated advertising should be removed. |
