Sign on site is an existing illuminated cabinet with a simple face change rather than the non illuminated wood sign panel that was proposed in the plans. Spoke to sign staff confirmed Black Jack Pizza, prior tenant, had an illuminated sign cabinet. Therefore, this permit should actually be a change of copy permit not a new sign permit. Fees paid for this should be applied to a change of copy permit. |
