07/19/2013 SIGN SITE REVIEW Correction Required WENT OUT TO THE SITE AND CHECKED THE SETBACK AND THE ELEVATION DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE EDGE OF ROADWAY GRADES AND THE FINISH GRADES ON THE INTERIOR SIDE OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTY WALL. THERE APPEARS TO BE A 2 FOOT DIFFERENCE IN THE GRADES, THIS WILL REQUIRE A RESUBMITTAL OF THE PLANS NOTING THE HEIGHT CORRECTIONS. I ADVISED HEATHER AND GLENN OF THE PROBLEM SO THAT THEY CAN ADDRESS IT WITH THE CONTRACTOR.

Received letter from El Con approving sign, per rezoning conditions.
Verified ok to install sign partially in 2 parking spaces -site is over parked by over 2000 spaces.

NEEDED: Contacted contractor to advise of update.
1) Side view or aerial view of the sign showing it's width, it's proximity in all directions to the face of the new curbing protecting it , and adjacent usable parking spaces and the PAAL. Diagram requested with measurements.

2) Sign location should be marked in the field for inspection to verify setback & proposed height (max 12' height from roadway elevation).

3) In process of verifying remaining rezoning conditions met. Further review comment may be forthcoming.
