Acknowledged the Sign Code Advisory & Appeals Board (SCAAB) granted a special permit under case T12SA00418 for the two proposed integrated architectural feature signs on February 13, 2013. While the special permit has been granted for the signage, a separate building permit is needed for the two "sign wall" building additions to which the signs mount.
