03/29/2013 SIGN SITE REVIEW Partial Approval Summary: The project meets the Sign Area of the Sign Code for industrially zoned property. The "1 E Toole" was to be an illuminated address, not a sign, and is reviewed under the overall sign package as courtesy (same contractor installing both).

As the building is listed as a contributing structure on the Warehouse Historic District, a formal review of any exterior building alterations was required through the Tucson Pima County Historical Commission's plans review subcommittee. The public meeting was held 3/28, with the sign contractor presenting to the commission.

The findings of commision are as follows:
1) Proposed "Sinfonia" illuminated wall sign is accepted. Please revise width of the raceway shown on the side view to reflect a 4" wide raceway (rather than 8").
2) Address shall be flat cut out metal letters - post mounted (raised) without internal illumination, painted flat black - within the white "sign band" existing on the west elevation (in the place the original illuminated address letters were proposed). A minor review of the TPCHC can be done in the future if any external lighting is proposed to shine on the address.

Contractor is revising the plans regarding the address, per the commission's advisement.
