1. Correct the address. Remove 3843, and post unit numbers 01, and 02. Water heater replaced without permit. No flex allowed on the T&P relief drain. Water heater not rated for exterior installation. (require enclosure). Armaflex not installed per manufacturers specifications. No UV protection. Remove metal tape from electrical connection.. Washer requires hammer arrestors. Stove requires anti-tip. May not be a complete list. |
