ELECTRIC APPROVED FOR BOTH THE WALL SIGN AND FREESTANDING SIGN.

STRUCTURAL MOUNTING APPROVED FOR BOTH THE WALL SIGN AND FREESTANDING SIGN.

SIGN AREA & DESIGN CRITERIA APPROVED FOR BOTH THE WALL SIGN AND THE FREESTANDING MONUMENT SIGN.

UPON ORIGINAL INSPECTION 4/25, SIGN POLE WAS INSTALLED PRIOR TO EXCAVATION AND SETBACK INSPECTIONS. UNABLE TO DETERMINE YET IF THE SETBACK IS SUFFICIENT FOR THE SIGN TO BE ON SITE & NO SETBACKS WERE NOTED ON THE SUBMITTED PLANS OR APPLICATION.

1) HAVE PROPERTY LINE MARKED.
2) Whomever installed sign pole send a NOTARIZED letter on their company letterhead stating they installed the pole to the footer depth and width and specifications called out on the "Robert James & Associates" engineered plans for the freestanding sign. (This letter can be scanned/emailed to reviewer)
3) SIGN CONTRACTOR TO SEND SETBACK DIMENSION TO NOTE ON APPLICATION AND PLANS.
4) Sign contractor to confirm width of pole cover - differing info in drawing set.

04/30/2013 SIGN SITE REVIEW Partial Approval UPDATE:

INSPECTOR R. LEDONNE RETURNED TO SITE, MET WITH GC (CSI), THEY FOUND PROPERTY LINE, CONFIRMED SIGN SETBACK 86' FROM CENTER OF POLE TO EDGE OF PAVEMENT AND FROM PROPERTY LINE NORTH TO CENTER OF THE SIGN POLE IS 9'. FREESTANDING MONUMENT SIGN WILL BE WITHIN PROPERTY LINE BY 2 FEET.

GC STAFF DENNY PHELAN CONFIRMED GC POURED THE SIGN FOOTER AND INSTALLED THE SIGN POLE. ADVISED WE NEED A NOTARIZED LETTER ON THEIR LETTERHEAD INDICATING SIGN POLE WAS INSTALLED TO THE ENGINEERED PLANS INCLUDED IN THIS SIGN PERMIT. SIGNS STAFF TO FOLLOW UP WITH EMAILS TO THE GC TO FINISH THIS PROCESS IN ORDER TO RELEASE THE SIGN PERMIT. EXCHANGED CONTACT INFORMATION WITH GC STAFF. SIGNS STAFF COPYING SIGN CONTRACTOR ON EMAIL TO GC STAFF.

04/30/2013 SIGN SITE REVIEW Partial Approval FINAL UPDATE FOR 4/30: RECEIVED GC'S NOTARIZED LETTER THEY INSTALLED POLE AND FOOTER FOR FREESTANDING SIGN PER THE ENGINEER'S DRAWING THAT WAS SUBMITTED BY THE SIGN CONTRACTOR.

ALL THAT REMAINS: CLARIFY WHICH POLE COVER SIZE IS GOING TO BE USED, 3' PER COLOR RENDERING OR 9' PER ENGINEER'S DRAWING. RE-DO THE DRAWING THAT DOES NOT MATCH YOUR DECISION AND RE-SEND (EMAIL TO REVIEWER).

3. FREESTANDING SIGNS ARE REQUIRED TO INCLUDE WITH SUBMITTALS: A scaled site plan indicating set-back from face of curb to leading edge of sign.
