2) shielding requirements
3) color temperature
4) Lumen cap

A) Light source which is exposed neon is OK
B) The sheilding requirements - classified as unsheilded
C) The color temperature 3500K white is OK
D) Lumen Cap - which is 11,000 lumens allowed of unshielded lighting
