Elevation Certificate is required prior to electrical reconnect or final. MH must have lowest structural frame elevated to 2381.1 feet NAVD88 and must be verified by a registered land surveyor. Jason Green or Loren Makus must approve the ELCERT prior to releasing any holds. JG |
