Confirmation that power had been restored by TEP at the transformer; unit #116 was previously disconnected from the main panel at time of original emergency by licensed contractor Bert's Electric. Gas utility service also restored to units under finaled permit. Reconnection and repair of this unit will be accomplished under permit. Main panel door can now be opened and is not screwed or painted shut. Exterior inspection of the service panel door to the other 16 buildings showed they all were either screwed or painted shut; this is problematic as it doesn't allow for immediate access in times of emergency. NOV will be issued to repair this condition. F/U will be scheduled to to assess progress of repairs to damaged unit as well as the service panel doors. |
