I have met with bank personnel two times about getting ready to take properties back. He has told the court on case T13DV09490 he cannot get a loan to fix that unit. The City has already spent over $3K to clean up the common areas and the out side of the unit is ok at this time.
09/10/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Still working on this unit still has a lot to do, have spoken with supervsion and they are will to give more time because he is lose some of the units to back to the bank.
05/14/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Still has some work to do on this unit but has remove the awning and is working on replace the old wood and getting ready to paint.
03/21/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved EMERGENCY CALL OUT BY TFD: THE 30 INCH BY 6 FOOT WOOD FRAMED AWNING WAS IN A STATE OF COLLAPSE. THE NORTH SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE HAS DETACHED FROM THE BUILDING. I HAD THE CONTRACTOR REMOVE THE AWNING FROM THE BUILDING.
