Have spoken with Rick Saldate Jr. and we feel it is best to close all the Javier Barajas cases because he cannot fix the unit due to the cost and he has no funding and the bank has already taken a couple of them away for none payments. I have met with bank personnel two times about getting ready to take properties back. He has told the court on case T13DV09490 he cannot get a loan to fix that unit. The City has already spent over $3K to clean up the common areas and the out side of the unit is ok at this time. |
