03/21/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved EMERGENCY CALL OUT BY TFD: THE FIRE DEPARTMENT DID SOME CUT OUTS TO THE WALL SIDING ON THE PARAPET AREA OF THE BUILDING.
THE EXPOSED WALL CAVITIES HAD A BEE HIVE THAT WAS REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING. TFD DID SPRAY A WATER SOAP FOAM MIXTURE INTO THE EXPOSED AREA. THE FRONT DOOR WAS OPEN AND UNABLE TO BE LOCKED. THE CONTRACTOR DID PIN THE DOOR SHUT. PLACARD POSTED.
