Unit has functioning portable baseboard heater in living room for heat which cannot be used for permanent heating; other habitable rooms are not heated. Original gas furnance is not operational. Mixture of original 2 wire outlets and newer 3 prong in unit; no GFCI in kitchen or bath; bath only has outlet off lamp. New circuit for 220 outlet in laundry room added without permit and may be attached to 30 amp breaker in panel. This breaker does not match others. Expired electrical upgrade permit T01EL02232 for unit had a denied inspection before expiring. Broken window in front. Electrical modifications to original unit must be brought in line with current code under permit. |
