Fire at multi unit housing complex, apartment B22 on second floor; building has 4 total units. Fire damaged primary kitchen and living room area, but there is smoke and water damage throughout. Damage to entire kitchen, dryway, some framing, ceiling/roof, utility closet. Tenant's pets perished in fire. Unit B21 below received water damage. Electricity and gas shut off to both units, which were condemned. Units are able to be secured, no boarding required. |
