12/18/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Received a call from communication and T.P.D. on site with a car thru building. Arrived and the vehicle has left the property and hit the east side of the main entrance. Has a stack of fire wood in front of the store and ran over the pallet and hit the masonry for the store front window. The masonry was pushed in still intact. No glass was broken but was the window frame was pushed with the masonry into the inside of the store. The metal covering the steel post for the wood beams was dented and no damage to the steel post. The store will remain open and the window frame and glass may require to be remove to make the repairs to the masonry. If the masonry is removed, will requrie a permit. There was no electrical in the area and some shelves were moved to check for the damage on the interior of the store. The manager signed the paper work and the store was re-opened. Will check in 30 days. RV.
