Went to the site and was assisted by Gerald Goodman. There was a worker and he let us walk the property to check the wall heights and all were to plan. The walls for the garage were up but not completed on the framing. The height was at 12'-6" at the garage and the main house walls are at 14"-8". The set back was at 1' and blocking the veiw on the south side. It appears that if the wall was at 8' that the view would be blocked. The wall is to close to the property line to have any type of veiw from the neighbors side to look out. Approved plans and permits were on site I did meet with Tracy the administrator to review the findings. At this time the case will be close due to the building is as per plan, has a permit and still being built and inspected. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Met with Neil my C.S.R. and had copy of plans made to review what is being built on the property. Did look at what the concerns of the complaint were and is currently being built to plan. Will try and find out who made the complaint to let know that it is being built to plan. RV. |
