08/05/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Spoke with Lillian Gee. They have sealed and covered to roofs. She had been informed about the issues with the gas in the future. Close case.
06/17/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site and observed that the mission tile has been removed from the proch roofs and piled behind the dumpster. I spoke with Ms. Gee and she stated that they were going to remove the tiles this weekend. She stated that they were going to put a roof coating on the exposed plywood of the porches.
06/13/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Gas has not been turned on to verify working condition of the heating unit. I have informed the owners' representative Lillian Gee that I will close theses cases and if we get a complaint on the heating units that the complaint will go straight to civil citation. It will be there responsibility to verify working conditions once gas is turned on and before any usage.
05/14/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with Lilian Gee and DSD inspector Rafael Cancino. He did the inspection for the gas lines and cleared them. I discussed Ms. Gee the remaining items. The Porch roof is not completed at this time. Address numbers have been changed out.
04/23/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with Lilian Gee and she has been appointed the person in charge and contact. She is taking bids for the plumbing. We discussed the conditions and time frames.

03/17/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with the electricians. Electrical work is compleated.
03/04/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with owner Rick Saldate, and inspector Valdez. The conditions of the property were noted. The Roof is done. Instructed the owner that he needed an Electrical permit for the work being done. We now have new feeder runs for the subpanels. and work that is to be done inside all the units. The electrician is to call me for assistance. The W/H are to be added to the permit for plumbing to be inspected for installation methods.
02/25/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The roof has been repaired. The unit is still vacant. There has been no work done to the exterior. Porches and addressing.
02/07/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site. This unit is vacant now. The roof hasn not had any work done as of this time. Sending refee on #T14DV00446
01/23/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I was allowed access into unit 729 and took pictures. This unit has the same conditions as the other units. I observed water damage to the ceiling in the rear bedroom. The bedrooms were missing smoke detectors. The hallway smoke detector was not to be working. It was missing the battery and not hardwired. The water heater is cord connected. The base of the cabinet under the sinks appears to have water damage. Start new NOV's for each unit, this is 731.
01/22/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Tenant from 731 supplied pictures of water on the floor from the first complaint. Tenant from 727 allowed acces to his unit to investigate like conditions. I observed water damage to the ceiling in the rear bedroom. The electrical receptacles in the living room were not compliant. The bedrooms were missing smoke detectors. The hallway smoke detector appeared not to be working and was painted over. The water heater is not fully assembled allowing exposed condutors, and is cord connected. The base of the cabinet under the sink appears to have water damage. Photos were taken. An Inspectors card was left in the door of unit 729. A call was recieved later, and an appointment is set for 1-23-2014. Send first refee due to no progress of work as stated in the NOV.
01/21/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site, there was no answer at door. Neighbor reported that she moved her mother into unit 729 last week. there is no heat or hot water. She also states that he moved a tenant in to 727.
12/19/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site to verify installation of smoke detector. It has not been installed at this time. The owner is on his way to install. JMV has been renoved.
12/17/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with tenant, owner and inspector Valdez. We observed the deteriorated and rotted condition of the roof, gas lines and electric. The owner was up on the roof with us as we discussed what need to be done. He was instructed to contact a roofing contractor and plumbing contractor. Inside the unit we pointed out some of the electrical and he said he was going to have an electrician come out to check the unit. We gave him 24hrs to install smoke detectors. Inspector Valdez and I did further inspection of the unit and made notes for the NOV.
