At site, spoke to manager, Velvet. Tenant not home. Manager gave me e-mail correspondence between her and tenant. Tenant refuse to allow pest control to enter her apartment on 12/26/13. She also refuse to allow P.C.H.D. inspector, Nora Atonda access to the apartment. I spoke to P.C.H.D, They stated that if she refuse the but spray she would be served a NOV by Pina County. F/U 30 days. |
