The heater is not working and the circit board had been removed from the heater and it cannot be fixed the renter stated. Will have to replace the heater unit. The leak is next to a wall outlet, but I could not tell if there was any water getting into the outlet. I have talked to the owner and I expalined to her what needs to be done to the hot water heater ASAP, the Hot water heater was installed without permit as well. |
