| 12/11/2013 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | I went to the area at 09:00 and there were three shade canopies with one occupied with persons distributing free cell-phones, the other two were unocupied. I returned around 12:30 and found one person selling hot dogs and the other selling sweet popcorn. I spoke to the hot dog vendor first and he has all his proper documentation. He advised that TPD had been there about 20 minutes prior to my visit, presumably responding on behalf of the same complainant, to check documentation. I advised about taking the equipment away from the site every day. I spoke to the popcorn salesman and he too mentioned TPD. I advised him on the equipment rules as well. |
