At site, spoke to tenant . I found disconnected wires at the furnance and circuit board. Breaker is in off postion. Smoke detector is missing in the hallway. Bedroom closet light is missing on/off pull chain. Outlets in the kitchen won't hold a plug, not GFCI. Outlets in the living room, bedroom and bathroom won't hold a plug. Thermostat missing. Door knob will not latch when closed and weather strip around the door is missing. Pass information on to area inspector. |
