The owner did talk to the supervisor and will be addressing the issues. Will be getting a new furnace soon and did go over the permit issues on the install. Did look at water line that have been repaired on the rear of the unit next door. Will be checking on the permit for the repairs. Base Board heater has been given to the tenant for a temporary use and warming the unit. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
