At site, spoke to manager, Lupe. She stated that she was not aware of the window or toilet issue, but did send a maintenance guy over to repair the furnance yesterday. She would send the maintenance guy back to repair the window and toilet. Tenant not home, left notice for tenant to contact me for an appointment. |
