ANITA EXPLAINED THE USE OF THE UPSTAIRS AND GAME UP WITH A PLAN. ANITA CHECKED INTO THE LIQUOR LICENSE INFO AND REINSTATED THE LICENSE, CALLED AND SPOKE TO DSD CONCERNING THE C/O AND REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EXPANDED C/O DUE TO MIX USE ISSUES UPSTAIRS. I SPOKE TO JOHN BEALL, DSD AND OWNER MARIO, OWNER'S UNDERSTANDING WAS THE REAR PATIO WAS A PRIMARY EXIT FOR THE BUILDING THRU THE PATIO AND INCLUDED IN THE PERMIT FOR C/O (T12CMO3813) SPECIFICALLY ISSUED FOR THE DOWNSTAIRS. DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY IN OBTAINING AN EXPANDED C/O, OWNERS DECIDED TO RESORE THE UPSTAIRS TO ITS ORIGINAL RESIDENTIAL USE BY REMOVING TABLES AND CHAIRS AND RESTORING BEDROOMS TO RESIDENTIAL USE.
** MY INSPECTION WAS TO VERIFY THAT THE UPSTAIRS HAD INDEED BEEN RESTORED TO RESIDENTIAL USE. I FOUND THE BEDROOM HAD A BED, CHEST OF DRAWS AND END TABLES. THE 2ND BEDROOM WAS USED FOR STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT. FOR THE RESTARAUNT. ALL DOORS WERE PROVIDED WITH SIGNAGE FOR EMPLOYEE USE ONLY INCLUDING BOTH BATHROOMS. THE LIVINGROOM UPSTAIRS WAS EMPTY EXCEPT FOR COPIERS, COMPUTER TABLE AND A SMALL TABLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM. OWNERS HAVE SATISFIED ALL ISSUES, C/O, LIQUOR LICENSE, AND RESTORING UPSTAIRS TO RESIDENTIAL USE. COMPLIANCE /CLOSE CASE.
