Site inspection due to previously scheduled time/date with tenant. Tenant not home, left card. Unable to conduct minimum housing inspection of unit. Property has a large dead tree (pine) in front yard near public ROW; appear to have been dead and deteriorating for some time, visible on aerials; bark is falling off. Smaller mesquite on front abutting ROW has obstructing branches into street. Property has an accumulation of scattered debris including dead vegetation, branches, plants, rotted wood. |
