The fence is being replaced as the owner can afford. She is on a disability income and has very little money to spare. She is embattled with a derelict adult son who will not stay away from the house even though the owner has an order of protection against him. He is the primary source of the problems at this residence. The owner is working to remove the contents of the rear yard but again it will take some time due to her circumstances. At this time code enforcement will not take up any action with this homeowner. |
