Visited site, met TFD on site, inspected, found as follows, sprinkler head in walk in freezer was damaged due to roof of walk in freezer was being used as a storage, also found loose and exposed wiring in freezer, storage bin rack support was also damaged, wrote notice of vioaltions and had store manager sign and recieved acopy of the noticegave forty eight hours to abate |
