Inspection revealed that all elevated walkways are going to be renovated. The gypsum board on the under side of the walkways has been removed for inspection purposes to assess the extent of the need. The elevated walkways are constructed of lightweight concrete over plywood over wood joists which are typically. The degradation to the plywood is visible however not an immediate hazard. I did not witness any "holes" as stated by the complainant. |
