The owner has made several appeals to the citation and counts against him for the work he did without permits. MJ contacted me on 07-25-17 to verify the owners name and stated the case is still open.
05/04/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited the site and took pictures for court. Upon arrival the Hedrick gate and the Cherry gate were open. As I approached the area by the Cherry gate one of his employees ran over and closed and locked the gate. He the proceeded to the Hedrick gate and did the same. Evidence shows that there is work still in progress after the posted Stop Work Order. A new wall around the perimeter has been erected.
04/20/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited the site and there is work being done. A foundation trench is in progress for a permiter wall. Stop work order is still in affect.
03/18/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visted the site and no work in progress. No permits have been obtained.
02/10/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE: STUCCO WORK IN PROGRESS. NO PERMITS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED.
12/31/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visted the site and no work in progress. No permits have been obtained.
11/28/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited the site with Inspector Navarro. Pictures were taken. We determined that work was being done with out permits. The structuial work installed is not code compliant. There is a temp service installed on unit #6. A permit for a service upgrade was obtained for #8, but no work done. There has been new blockwalls and infill done on the interior. A "Stop Work Order" was posted on site. I called the number given to me by the employees and left a message. Research shows this property changed hand in Febuary of 2014.

APPEARS TO HAVE 5 OCCUPIED UNITS, ALLOWED TO ENTER 2 WITH CONFIRMATION OF OCCUPANTS. MANAGER WORKING ON OTHERS.
2 ENTERED SHOWS ISSUES. MAIN ISSUE NO PERMANENT SOURCE OF HEAT. UTILIZING SPACE HEATERS FOR HEAT.
