At site, spoke to manager, tenant not home. Tenant filled out a Service Request Form, Maintenance signed off on the leak on 11/22. Stating that the roof was repaired and that he would be back to repair the ceiling drywall. Left notice for tenant to contact me. F/U 30 days. |
