The area in question is not an easement, alleyway or path for travel either by vehicle or on foot and is actually COT property. It appears to be a drainage path of sorts. Secondly the vegetation in the area appears as naturally occuring vegetation and not weeds. Full access is not readily available due to the density of the vegetation. |
